What we collect

When you submit a quote request: your name, email, phone (if given), the treatment you are interested in, your preferred city, budget range, and the message you write.

Also technical data: which page you came from, how long you took to fill the form, and an irreversible hash of your IP address. Your raw IP is stored only as the record of your consent.

Who we share it with

We pass your request to clinics that match it. If you selected a specific clinic, only that clinic receives it; otherwise it goes to at most three clinics matching your treatment and city. It is never sent to every clinic at once.

Our records are held in FormTakip (running on Google Cloud), the system we use for customer relationship management.

We do not sell your data for advertising and do not share it with third-party data brokers.

Why we process it

On the basis of your consent: to pass your request to clinics so they can reply to you. Your consent is recorded with the server timestamp and IP address at the moment you gave it.

On the basis of legitimate interest: to detect fake and automated submissions, using the hashed IP and form completion time.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for at most 24 months after the request concludes. Records flagged as spam are deleted after 6 months.

If you request deletion, your record is removed within 30 days.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and withdraw consent.

Health data

You are not required to describe your medical condition in the form. Anything you do write is treated as special category data and shared only with the clinics handling your request.

Uploading medical documents such as X-rays is currently disabled.
